A unique mushroom !

With autumn here, the white truffle of Alba is back on the markets and the gourmet will be able to buy it until the end of March.

The Alba truffle is the most expensive and sought of the six species of truffles. It can only be found in the Langhe aera in Italy, around Motovun in Croatia, and finally in Istria.

The taste of this subtle mushroom is enhanced in our famous risotto, available at the end of the week at our shop.
