For our generous gratin dauphinois, we use fresh products from our cheese shop and our dairy.
The gratin is cooked in AOC cream from Normandy and fresh milk, and topped with house-grated cheese, comprising Emmental, Comté, Beaufort and Fribourg. We prepare enough each day so that you will never find we have run out !
