The high quality of our cheese products enables us to offer succulent cheese tarts throughout the year. Our cheese tarts are prepared with our own short-crust pastry (made with fresh butter), house-grated cheese (consisting of Emmental, Comté, Beaufort and Fribourg) as well as new laid eggs, fresh cream and fresh milk.

The tarts are individual portions but can also be ordered in bigger sizes. Depending on the season, we also offer tomato and basil cheese tart, prepared with fresh beef tomatoes and fresh basil.
