Fréderic Lalos settling in the neighbourhood
A new bakery is opening up in Belles Feuilles street ! Could there have been anything better to go with our cheeses and delicatessens than the delicious baguettes and assorted breads made by Fréderic Lalos ?
Whether savoury and aromatic or old-country and fantasy, his breads are all 100% homemade. Fréderic Lalos was voted Meilleur Ouvrier de France at the age of 26 and he has conquered many a bread-lover west of Paris with a bakery in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, two in the 17th and one in Boulogne-Billancourt. Working in partnership with Pierre-Marie Gagneux, this passionate baker from Normandy has fulfilled his dream and he now supplies prestigious customers such as Guy Savoy, le Fouquet’s, Hélène Darroze, la Tour d’Argent, le Royal Monceau and Le Meurice.
Give it a try and bite into one of his products… and you will realise there is nothing like good bread…
