Does reblochon cheese made of goat's milk exist ?

It does indeed, and it is called chevrotin. The chevrotin is a soft goat's milk based cheese produced in upper Savoy, in the Aravis region. Exclusively produced in farms, this pressed and uncooked cheese, which is smaller than its counterpart, the reblochon cheese, is ripened for 3 to 5 weeks in the farm. Both young and old alike will be delighted by its subtle and delicate taste. The chevrotin will be the perfect companion to your summer meals!
